"Fun day for me, gear was mostly solid"
I had a really good time with Vallarta Adventures overall. For me, the equipment was in decent shape and everything I used worked fine, though I did notice a couple of the snorkel masks looked a little worn. It didn’t mess up my day or anything, and I still enjoyed myself. I’d go again, but I’d probably give the gear a quick look before getting started next time.

"Right on time all day"
i mean, everything actually ran on time, which I really appreciated. Pickup was right when they said it would be, and we never felt rushed or stuck waiting around. The schedule was easy to follow, and the whole day went really smoothly. It definitely made things way less stressful for us

"Good Drinks, Food Was Decent"
The drinks were really good, they might’ve been the highlight of the whole visit. The food was tasty enough and hit the spot, but it did feel a bit pricey for what it was. Not a bad experience at all, just don’t be shocked if your bill makes you blink twice...

"Clean Boat and a Comfortable Ride"
The boat was really clean, and the seats stayed comfortable for the whole trip. It made the ride easy to relax on, which was nice since we could just enjoy the time out without feeling cramped or uncomfortable

"Easy cancellation and refund, which was a relief"
I had to cancel at the last minute, which always makes me a bit nervous since refunds can be a gamble sometimes. But they replied quickly, handled it without any hassle, and the money came back like they said it would. i was relieved and happy with how straightforward it all was.

"Good value, but the wait was annoying"
For the price, it was definitely worth it and I ended up having a good time. The only frustrating part was the waiting around, which got old fast, but overall I’d still say it was a fun experience

"Easy booking, tiny site hiccup"
I booked a tour through vallarta-adventures.com and yeah, it was straightforward overall. The dates and times were easy to see, payment went through without any drama, so that part was like... okay, great, done.
The only thing was the page loaded a little slow for me, and I ended up checking my email a couple times because the confirmation didn’t show up right away. It came through after a few minutes though, so not a big deal. Overall, good booking experience...

"Just felt safe the whole time"
I booked the zipline trip and just felt really safe from start to finish. The guides checked our harnesses more than once, explained everything clearly, and just kept an eye on everyone the whole time. Nothing felt rushed or stressful. I’d definitely go again.

"Good trip, but the wait was unnecessary"
Booked through Vallarta Adventures and overall the transportation was easy. The pickup spot was clear and the bus was clean, but we ended up waiting about 15 minutes longer than they told us, which felt unnecessary. Not a huge deal though — we still got there fine and the rest went smoothly.

"Such an amazing day out on the water"
I had such a great time on this trip. We saw whales, lots of birds, and the scenery was unreal, the kind of views where you keep taking photos even though they all look the same later. The guides were really friendly and kept everything feeling easy and relaxed, not rushed at all. Just a really lovely day being out in nature.

"Great guide who made the day easy"
Our tour guide was really friendly and knew a ton, but did not talk the whole time. He kept the group moving and made my kids feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. Pickup was a little late, but other than that, it was a really good experience.
